Information you provide. When you reach out to us — for example by emailing us through the contact links on the Site — we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. We use this to respond to you and to communicate about potential or existing work.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view on the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.
Cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to operate the Site and to measure usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function as intended if you do.
How we use information. We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the Site and our services, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — such as hosting, deployment, and analytics providers — who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at austin@bellstrategic.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
